L'atelier commencera le lundi après-midi après la réception des participants en fin de matinée et le déjeuner. Il se terminera le jeudi en fin dans l'après-midi avec un transfert vers la gare de Caen permettant de prendre le train pour Paris vers 17h00.
Le programme scientifique est constitué:

- de tables-rondes;
- de sessions affiches.
Les présentations orales comportent:

- des contributions sélectionnées parmi les résumés soumis ;
- une conférence grand public
